The Michigan Community College Collaborative for Accountability, Research, and Effectiveness (MCCCARE) exists to serve and foster collaboration among the 28 Michigan Community Colleges and those Universities designated as community colleges, specifically in the areas of institutional research, accountability, and compliance reporting.
